Governor Dayton proclaimed May 10 as Character Recognition Day in Minnesota. The Character Recognition Awards spotlight positive character and ethical leadership development as a measure of success, bring recognition to schools and community programs with exemplary results, motivate honorees for continued effort and success, and inspire others with examples to replicate. Secretary Simon will present the Character Recognition Day proclamation and Fred Kiel will deliver the keynote address. The 2018 honorees are:<\/div>\n
