Participation begins with a school-approved coach.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coaches may be teachers, retired teachers, parents, or volunteers from the community.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Coaches receive training by attending an MN FPSP sponsored workshop.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Workshops are conducted by the Executive Director or FPSP trainers.\u00a0 A workshop fee is charged.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Another way to participate is to become a state certified evaluator.\u00a0 Training is provided at no charge.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Volunteers are also needed for regional, state, and international competitions.<\/div>\n
