If you are looking for the State Registration Materials, please log into the website as normal, then click on the Coaches menu and select 2013-14 Downloads.
The first item in the list will be the documents you need to register for the State competition — click on it to download the file.
Once the file is downloaded, double-click on the file to open the ZIP archive open and do what you need from there.
